Pal Pal Ma: The First Nepali Adults film and its some Filmy trailers and Posters

First Nepali Adult Movie or Film Pal Pal Ma

First Nepali Adult Movie Pal Pal Ma

First Nepali Adult Movie Pal Pal Ma

With regular flow of kiss scenes on the screen, item numbers with actress gyrating in skimpy clothes finally an adult movie revolving around sex will be releasing in Jestha next year.

The director –Ukesh Dahalsaid "Pal Pal Ma will be showcasing something that has never been on the screen of Nepali Cinema, in terms of bold & beautiful". He is possibly referring bold and beautiful towards the actresses of the film who are definitely without any doubt "Bold" and "Beautiful" in sexual ways of course. Sexually, after watching the trailer I didn't see any point of watching this film and specially because it is certified to be an adult film, it would be a waste of time and money as I would not get any raw magnetism of sexual feelings towards our Nepali actors and actresses. It is just another way of marketing styles that our film directors are inventing and I can only understand why people will go theater to see this film.

Debutant director, Mr. Dahal speaks profoundly about his first movie who returned after long research and study from India. The film board giving strictly 'A' certificate and not allowing anyone below 16 years itself hints the content of the movie. The director seems pretty confident, the developing society of Nepal will widely accept the movie.

Kisssing Tips from Most Visited Blog: How to Kiss Better??

Kissing is probably the most physically romantic two people can get. There really is no wrong way to kiss. The thing to remember is that everybody kisses differently and different people prefer different ways of kissing. Some people, believe it or not, are appalled at the idea of French Kissing or using your tongue while you kiss. While others can't imagine kissing without using your tongue. The thing is to try kissing that person a few times before deciding how you and your partner prefer kissing and to get used to the way that person kisses.
A first kiss should always be done while the two of you are alone. This will help to avoid any unnecessary nervousness and embarrassing situations. The best type of kiss is one that uses different variations, such as starting with a small kiss, working into a French Kiss, maybe sucking on your partner's upper or lower lip, then trying the other two types. And don't just leave kisses to the lips. Kiss their cheeks, their chin or their eyelids. This can be very seductive and romantic.
The perfect kiss is one that is done with someone you really care about. There is more caring and sincerity in a kiss with someone special than with someone you hardly know, although a really good kiss can certainly bring two people closer together.
A lot of people have been writing to us on how to overcome the fear of kissing someone. Our answer would be to not kiss that person right away. Wait until an attraction builds between the two of you and a romantic situation evolves. Go out with the person a couple of times before having that first kiss.
Basic TIPS:
Great Breath - This is very important. Make sure you brush your teeth before going out on your date. There is nothing worse than kissing someone with bad breath. If your date consists of having something to eat before the actual kiss, make sure you have a mint on hand to take right after you finish eating. Don't take the mint just before the kiss or chew on gum. You don't want to have something in your mouth when you kiss.

Moist Lips - You want your lips to be slightly moist when you kiss. Run your tongue over your lips once before you kiss. Don't wear lip gloss because that tends to make the kiss too gooey. And don't wear a lot of lipstick unless you want your partner to wear it too after the kiss. Slightly moist lips makes it easier to move your lips over your partner's and gives both you and your partner a more pleasant experience.
Positioning - Stand close to your partner. As the two of you move closer together tilt your head slightly to one side. If you don't, don't worry about it. Your partner will still tilt their head slightly so your lips meet on a slight angle or they will kiss you straight on. If you can see which way your partner's head is tilting, tilt your head slightly in the opposite direction.
Close Eyes - Just before your lips meet, close your eyes. Some people prefer to leave their eyes open during the kiss. But until you know what your partner prefers, it is best to close your eyes. Kissing with your eyes open, looking into one another's eyes while you kiss, can be very erotic and some people find it quite enjoyable. You may want to try kissing this way once you're more comfortable kissing your partner.
Open Lips - Open your mouth slightly and place your lips over your partner's lips. Do not hold your breath! Breath through your nose. As your lips meet, press them gently over your partner's. You may wish to move your lips in a slow, circular motion or just leave them still over your partners.
Closed Lips - This is like the type of kiss you'd give your grandma or aunt. Instead of opening your mouth when your lips meet, keep them closed. This is also a good way of letting your partner know this is as far as it goes. It also makes a great hello/good-bye kiss or a great first time kiss if you're nervous.
Hands - There are many ways you can use your hands during a kiss. The most popular way is to put one hand on your partner's waist and the other one against the middle of their back. Other ways to use your hands are to cup your partner's face in your hands (very romantic!), put them around your partner's neck, put them around their waist, hold your partner's upper or lower arms gently, run your finger's through their hair, or just hold their hands in yours.
Most Popular Kissing Type: French Kiss
This is the most popular type of kiss. This involves touching your tongue with your partner's and it can be quite a pleasant experience. There are a few tips to create a great French kiss.
Relax - You lips should be relaxed, you body should be relaxed, otherwise it will be like kissing a dead fish for the other person. There are only two things involved in a French kiss: your lips and your tongue. That's it!
Open Lips - Your lips should be slightly parted, not open wide like you're at the dentist. Open them just far enough, just like you are regularly breathing through your mouth.
Positioning - Do not have your face dead on to his/hers, otherwise your noses will touch. You want to move your head to one side just enough so your nose is out of the way of theirs. If you think about it then, with your head tilted one way and his the other way, your mouths will not reach dead on. Your mouths will meet at the corner of the other's mouth. It will look like the below picture:
If you look closely at the picture, you will see that their noses will actually touch the cheek of the other person. Their lips have already touched. When you touch the other person's lips and you stretch your tongue out a bit, your mouths will instinctively open as much as the couple in the picture.
Tongue - Practice on your own if you'd like. Open your mouth enough (while you're by yourself of course!) just enough to stick a bit of your tongue out. It will go past your teeth. Don't stick your entire tongue out... just an inch or two. That is how far you should stick your tongue out in a kiss. So your tongue will go into their mouth and theirs will go into yours. When this happens, both of your tongues will touch. Then just circle the tip of your tongue around the tip of theirs. If they do something different (because you have to remember that everyone kisses differently so some may move their tongue around a bit differently) then just do the same as they do. They may flick their tongue over yours and you can do the same. Or they explore the inside of your mouth with their tongue, do the same thing! Or you can just lightly touch their tongue while they are exploring. The best thing is to NOT just leave your tongue doing nothing.
As for movement of the head, that is entirely up to you. Some people will move their heads very slightly in a small circular motion or figure eight. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes just one person moves their head and the other doesn't. It's totally up to you.
You may explore different ways of using your tongue. Try running the tip of your tongue over your partner's lips. Do this slowly and gently, just using the tip of your tongue.

Interaction Program about Constitution in Nepal

Most Visited Blog Exclusive Report

Behind the Celebrities

In Nepal, the discourse of Constituent Assembly (CA) had been going on since 1950, this finally ended on 28th May, 2008 when the first meeting of CA was held. The historical CA election was held on 10th April 2008. The day of the first meeting of CA was a milestone in the Nepalese history as it declared Nepal as a democratic republic and ended centuries of monarchy rule. There have already been 29 meetings of CA held until 27th May 2009. People are curious about the purpose and outcomes of these meetings. People are watching the process of the constitution making.

The first meeting of CA was held in International Conference Center Kathmandu on 28th May, 2008. It started late at 9.20 p.m. due to various procedural dilemmas. Mr. Kul Bahadur Grurung, senior member of CA, chaired the meeting. The meeting started by him reading a letter sent by the then head of state Mr. Girija Prasad Koirala regarding the calling of CA meeting. Thereafter, the CA gave condolence to known and unknown martyrs who sacrificed their life for the rights of the Nepali people.

Mr. Kul Bahadur Gurung welcomed all the members' present in this meeting and wished that the CA would be able to complete the role of making the constitution of Nepal that has been assigned by the people. In the same meeting the then head of state Mr. Girija Prasad Kiorala also gave a speech. Mr. Kul Bahadur Gurung also read Goodwill letter sent by Somnath Chatargi, speaker of the Loksava of India, congratulating on the successful completion of historical CA election and showering good wishes and hope that the CA would be able to complete the task assigned to the CA by the Nepali people. The work schedule of CA had not made yet until the first day. The same meeting passed the interim work schedule. After fixing the work schedule, Home Minister, Mr. Krishna Prasad Sitaula on behalf of the then head of state Mr. Girija Prasad Koirala presented the proposal on execution of republic. CA members discussed their views on this issue and since this proposal could not get a unanimous consensus by all members, the decision was made based on the numbers of yes and no. Out of the 564 members present at the first meeting, 560 members gave their consent in favor of the proposal and remaining 4 were against the proposal.

After the declaration of the execution of republic, the head of the CA Mr. Kul Bahadur Gurung put forward the proposal to the CA regarding the directive to be given to the former king and his personal secretariat to leave Narayanhiti Palace within 15 days. This proposal was passed by consensus and the first meeting ended.

Similarly the second meeting of the CA was held on 5th June 2008. This meeting formed the committee for drafting the CA (procedure) regulation and this meeting ended the decision of the date of the third CA meeting which was to be held on 11th June 2008.

During the gap between second and third meeting, relationships between the various political parties seemed uneasy on several issues. Certain political parties started putting their own stand on some issues and started to even boycott the CA meeting. In the third meeting of CA, many members aired their views immediately after starting the meeting. The Rastriya Prajatantra Parti (RPP) left the CA after deciding to boycott the activities of CA with the demand of minimizing the price hiking. Despite the boycott of RPP, Constituent Assembly sustained and many members put their view and asked the Prime Minister to open the door for the formation of the new government. In the same meeting, Head of the CA, Mr. Kul Bahadur Gurung read the resignation letters of the CA members who had been elected from two constituencies in First Past the Post System resigned from one constituency. The CA members and the constituency from which they resigned were as follow: Mr.Sher Bahadur Deuwa from Kanchanpur constituency no. 4, Mr. Dev Prasad Gurung from Kaski constituency no. 1, Mr. Puspa Kamal Dahal from Rolpa constituency no. 2, Mr. Upendra Yadav from Morang constituency no. 5 and Mr. Bijaya Kumar Gachhedar from Morang constituency no. 7. The same meeting nominated 44 more members for parliamentary work management advisory committee which has the representatives of all the political parties in the CA. It was also decided that the fourth meeting would be held on 18th June 2008.

The forth meeting of CA which was held on 18th June 2008 started with CA members putting forward their opinions regarding the various political issues. This meeting nominated 6 CA members, out of the 11 members, to chair the meeting in the absence of chairperson and remaining 5 were already nominated as the interim procedure of CA prescribes the 11 members committee for this provision. This meeting ended without a fixed date for the next meeting.

On February 19, 2010, Duff became engaged to NHL player Mike Comrie after a courtship of over two years.

Career and Early life of Hilary Duff:

Duff was born in Houston, Texas on September 28, 1987. She is the second child of Susan Colleen (née Cobb), a homemaker, and Robert Erhard Duff, a partner in a chain of convenience stores, who resides at the family home in Houston to maintain the family's convenience store business. She has an elder sister, Haylie Duff, who is also an actress/singer. Duff's mother encouraged Hilary to take up acting classes alongside her elder sister which resulted in both girls winning roles in various local theatre productions. At the ages of eight and six, respectively, the Duff sisters participated in the ballet, The Nutcracker Suite with Columbus BalletMet in San Antonio. The siblings became more enthusiastic about the idea of choosing acting as a profession, and eventually relocated to California with their mother. Duff's father stayed at the family home in Houston to take care of their business. After several years of auditions and meetings, the Duff sisters were cast in various television commercials.

Duff's early career was marked by playing minor roles, starting off with an uncredited appearance in Hallmark Entertainment's western miniseries True Women in 1997. She also served as an uncredited extra, in writer-director Willard Carroll's ensemble dramedy Playing by Heart in 1998. Her first major role was as a star of the 1998 film Casper Meets Wendy, a direct-to-video sequel to Casper: A Spirited Beginning in which she plays the young witch Wendy, who befriends the animated character Casper. The film was released to mostly unenthusiastic reviews.

In 1999, Duff appeared in a supporting role in the television film The Soul Collector, which was based on a Kathleen Kane novel. Duff won a Young Artist Award for "Best Performance in a TV Movie or Pilot (Supporting Young Actress)" for her role in the movie.

Duff first rose to fame when she was cast as one of the children in the pilot episode of the NBC sitcom Daddio in 2000. Her co-star, Michael Chiklis, stated, "After working with her the first day, I remember saying to my wife, 'this young girl is going to be a movie star'. She was completely at ease with herself and comfortable in her own skin." Duff was dropped from the cast of Daddio before it was aired, which made her reluctant to pursue her acting career further. However, her manager and mother urged her on, and a week later she successfully auditioned for the children's television series Lizzie McGuire, where she portrayed the title role of a clumsy but average middle school girl. The show focused on her growth into teenhood.

Lizzie McGuire, which first aired on the Disney Channel in January 12, 2001, was a ratings hit, drawing in 2.3 million viewers per episode. Her participation in the show led to her becoming highly popular among children between the ages of seven and fourteen, with critic Richard Huff of the New York Daily News calling her "a 2002 version of Annette Funicello". After Duff fulfilled her 65 episode contract with Lizzie McGuire, Disney considered continuing the franchise further, through films and a prime-time television series to be broadcast on ABC. However, the plans failed because Duff's representatives said she was not being paid enough for the proposed series. Duff also starred in the Disney Channel television film Cadet Kelly (2002), which became the network's most watched program in its 19-year history. In the movie, she plays a free-spirited girl who is enrolled in a military school and finds it hard to adjust to its strict and disciplined environment.

Duff's first role in a theatrical motion picture was in Human Nature (2002), an independent film shot around the time of the start of Lizzie McGuire. It was first showcased at the Cannes and Sundance film festivals. The film, written by Charlie Kaufman and directed by Michel Gondry, follows a female naturalist, played by Patricia Arquette. Duff played the younger version of Arquette's character. The same year, Duff recorded a cover version of Brooke McClymont's "I Can't Wait" for the Lizzie McGuire soundtrack, and "The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room" for the first DisneyMania compilation album. Her first album was Santa Claus Lane (2002), a collection of Christmas songs that included duets with her sister Haylie, Lil' Romeo, and Christina Milian. Accompanied by the Disney Channel-only single "Tell Me a Story (About the Night Before)", it peaked at 154 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart and was certified gold.

In 2003, Duff received her first major role in a feature film when she was cast alongside Frankie Muniz in Agent Cody Banks. The film received positive reviews and was successful enough to spawn a sequel, in which Duff did not participate. The same year, Duff reprised her role as Lizzie McGuire for The Lizzie McGuire Movie. It received mixed reviews, with certain critics calling it "an unabashed promotion of Duff's image, just as Crossroads was for Britney Spears". Later that year, Duff played one of the 12 children of Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt in the family film Cheaper by the Dozen, which remains her highest grossing film to date. She reprised her role in the sequel Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005), which failed to be as successful as the original film and was panned by critics.

Duff's first studio album, Metamorphosis (2003), reached number one on the U.S. and Canadian charts and had sold over 3.7 million copies by May 2005. The lead single, "So Yesterday" (co-written and produced by The Matrix), was a top ten hit in several countries; its follow-up was the Laguna Beach theme song "Come Clean". The third single, "Little Voice", was not released in the U.S. and was a minor hit in Australia. In late 2003, Duff embarked on her first concert tour, the Metamorphosis Tour, and later the Most Wanted Tour. Most shows scheduled in the major cities were sold out.

Duff also made several guest appearances in television shows, her first as a sick child in the medical drama Chicago Hope in March 2000. In a 2003 episode of George Lopez, she had a role as a makeup salesperson; she later reappeared in the show in 2005 as Kenzie, a feminist poet friend of the character Carmen (Masiela Lusha). In the same year, she acted opposite her sister Haylie in American Dreams, while in 2005, she played a classmate and idolizer of the title character of Joan of Arcadia.

Duff's second studio album was the self-titled Hilary Duff for which she co-wrote some songs. It was released on her seventeenth birthday (in September 2004) and debuted at #2 in the U.S. and at #1 in Canada. The album sold over 1.5 million copies in the U.S. in eight months with its only US single, "Fly".

In 2004, Duff starred in the romantic comedy A Cinderella Story. Though the reviews were mostly negative, the film went on to become a moderate box office hit, and critics were impressed by Duff's performance. Later that year, she starred in the film Raise Your Voice, her first role in a drama film. While some critics praised Duff for appearing in a more mature and serious role than her previous films, the film itself was heavily panned. Several reviews were indifferent towards her acting performance and were critical of Duff's vocals, with critics pointing out what appeared to be her digitally enhanced voice. The same year, Duff received her first Razzie nomination for worst actress for her roles in Raise Your Voice and A Cinderella Story.

In 2005, Duff starred in The Perfect Man, in which she played the eldest daughter of a divorced woman (Heather Locklear). In the same year, Duff was again nominated for a Razzie Award, for The Perfect Man and Cheaper by the Dozen 2. She also starred in the 2006 satirical comedy Material Girls, in which she co-starred with her sister Haylie Duff. Duff along with her sister Haylie, received two more nominations for Razzie Awards for their role in the film.

Duff's third album, Most Wanted (2005), comprised of songs from her previous two albums, remixes and three new songs which included "Wake Up" written by Joel Madden and his brother, Benji, both members of Good Charlotte. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and became her third number one debut in Canada. It sold over two hundred thousand copies within its first week of release. An Italy-only compilation, 4Ever, was released in 2006. Duff recorded new songs for her movie, Material Girls, which included a cover version of Madonna's "Material Girl" with her sister.
