3. 19~ minutes of treadmill climbs at 10-20 degrees. Sprint for 4 minutes, walk for 6 minutes, jog for 6 minutes, sprint for 4 minutes.

It is always best to get yourself on a good diet first (if you aren’t on one already) and make it a habit. Carice (Anouk) van Houten was born in Leiderdorp (near Leiden) on 5 September 1976. Her parents are MargjeStasse (on the board of Dutch educational TV) and writer and broadcaster Theodore van Houten. Sophia Anna Bush (born July 8, 1982) is an American actress, director and spokesperson. She currently stars in the CW television series One Tree Hill where she portrays Brooke Davis. Bush is additionally known for her film portrayals in the 2007 remake The Hitcher, John Tucker Must Die and The Narrows.
Bush was born in Pasadena, California. She is the only child of Maureen, a photography studio manager, and Charles William Bush, an advertising and celebrity photographer. Bush is of Italian descent. She graduated from WestridgeSchool for Girls in 2000 in Pasadena, California. While there, she played on the volleyball team. The school also required their students to participate in the theatre arts program. Bush states, "Part of my school's requirement was to do a play. I was really irritated because I wanted to play volleyball and I had to go and do this play. But there was a moment after the performance when I realized I had gone and been somebody else. I thought, 'If I could do this for the rest of my life, I am set.' It was like love at first sight."

Early life of Karla Henry

Henry was raised by her grandparents until the age of four when her family went to reside in Tsawwassen, Canada until she was 14. Even then, she would visit the Philippines every summer and Christmas. Upon her family's return to the Philippines, they first lived in Albay, Bicol for a year before residing permanently in Cebu.

She studied high school at Camp Lapulapu National High School in 2003, and had her college at the University of Cebu in 2005. Henry's father travels a lot, and she had to transfer school most of the time. She holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism and was working with Marco Polo Plaza Hotel when she was invited to join the Miss Earth pageant. She also studied the Spanish language.

Henry first foray into the world of beauty pageants was as a student representing her school for Miss Intramurals and Miss Milo Olympics. She joined her first professional beauty contest at age 17 in October 2003. However, her next foray would not be until 2006 when she placed second runner-up in the Miss Cebu pageant.

She gained attention when she joined the Binibining Pilipinas 2008. Although considered as a top favorite, she was unplaced in the finals.

Henry again competed at the Miss Philippines Earth pageant representing Cebu City. She made it to the initial cut of ten semi-finalists and competed in the traditional swimsuit, interview, and evening gown competitions. She advanced to the top six in the final question and answer round. At the conclusion of the pageant, she was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2008 by the outgoing titleholder Jeanne Angeles Harn.
